Leaf Tales
Your privacy
We collect as little as we can, use it only to run the shop, and never sell it. This policy follows the Australian Privacy Principles.
Sneak-peek draft — these details will be confirmed before ordering opens.
Right now, during the sneak peek
- There are no accounts, orders or sign-up forms yet, so we don't collect your name, email or address.
- Blends you save on the blending table are stored only in your own browser on your own device. We can't see them, and clearing your browser data removes them.
- Our hosting provider records standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
When ordering opens
To fulfil an order we'll collect your name, email, delivery address and phone number. Payments are handled by our payment provider (Stripe) — we never see or store your full card number. We use your details to deliver your order, answer questions and, if you opt in, send our newsletter.
Your Leaf Tale
When Your Leaf Tale launches, the screenshots and text you choose to share are sent to our AI providers to write your tale and draw your character. We don't keep your screenshots after your tale is written, and we don't use them to train AI models. We never try to work out sensitive things about you (like health, religion or politics). It's for people aged 18 and over, using their own profiles.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact details for privacy requests will be listed here when the full shop opens. If you're unhappy with how we handle a request, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
