Delivery

  • We deliver anywhere in Australia. Shipping is a flat $9.95 per order, and free on orders over $60.00.
  • Tea is blended and packed in small batches; we aim to send orders within 2 business days.
  • Orders travel by Australia Post, and you'll receive tracking details by email when yours is on its way.
  • Custom blends from the blending table are made to order and may take an extra day.

Something not right?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, let us know within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you.

Because tea is a food, we can't take back opened pouches or custom blends for a change of mind. None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which always apply.
